Clean your ice maker

Please clean your ice maker per week.

• Clean the inside of the ice maker with a soft cloth soaked with warm water.
• Add about 2 L of clean water, press and hold the cleaning button for 3 seconds to let the machine run in the cleaning mode.
• After cleaning, drain the water from the reservoir.
• Clean the exterior of the ice maker with a soft, damp cloth. If necessary, you can use a mild dish washing soap.

Descale your ice maker

It is recommended to descale your ice maker per two weeks.

• Step 1, Prepare a mixed solution of water and acidic cleaner (GEVI cleaner is recommended) with a ratio of 16:1. Approx 16 fl.oz solution is needed to complete the cleaning.
• Step 2, Pour the solution into the reservoir, press and hold the cleaning button for 3 seconds to enter the cleaning mode, and it will automatically clean.
• Do not drain the solution, repeat the Step 2 for 2 times.
• Step 3, After the cleaning process is completed, drain the solution, pour in clean water again, repeat the cleaning operation, and drain the water.
• Repeat Step 3.

Then you can enjoy your ice maker.

Note: Please empty the water reservoir and dry it for storage if the ice maker is not to be used for a long time.
