Resonance noise

The reason for the noise is likely due to a large gap between the front shell and the back shell of the machine, which causes resonance during ice making.

• To solve the issue, it's recommended to strike the place where the noise is generated several times to shorten the gap.

Squealing noise

With regard to the noise, we would suggest you to defrost and clean the ice maker first, following the procedure below.

• Step 1: Please unplug the power and place it for 24 hours, maintaining 3 inches clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
• Step 2: Please plug it in and press the "Clean" button for 3 seconds to enter the cleaning mode. This process takes approx. 30 min to complete.

Fan noise

Please check if the fan outlet is covered or the heat dissipation clearance is more than 6 inches.
