The indicator is light on even there is enough water in reservoir.
- Please check if there is anything blocking the filter screen in water reservoir.
- Please check if there is anything blocking the float in water reservoir.
- Please confirm if the machine is able to run the cleaning cycle, check if the water would circulate from the top to the reservoir.
If not, the pump may be malfunction. - Otherwise, please use solution (water and citric acid) to run the cleaning cycle then use purified water to run 3 more times to remove the remain of solution. This is to clean the accumulated scale in the ice maker , which is also one of the reasons why the 'ADD WATER' light on improperly.
