7. Installation and Operation Issues
Funnels cannot be properly inserted/handle hard to attach:

Causes and checks:

Exceeding coffee grounds capacity: Use approximately 13g for a single shot, 19g for a double shot.

Funnel misaligned: Align with the markings when inserting.

Solutions: Control the amount of coffee grounds; follow the manual for proper funnel alignment.

Coffee leaking from the funnel or splashing from the handle:

Causes and checks:

Funnel not fully locked: Align to the lock position.

Coffee grounds on the seal or edge: Clean thoroughly.

Wrong filter: Use the correct single/double cup filter.

Excess coffee grounds: Use 13g for single shots, 19g for double shots.

Worn seal: Check and replace the seal if needed. Provide replacement seals under warranty; offer paid options outside warranty.

Solutions: Lock the funnel correctly; clean the seals and edges; use the correct filter; control grounds amount; replace the seal if damaged.
