Empty water tank: Fill the tank.

Water tank plug not removed: Remove the plug.

Machine not preheated: Wait until preheating is complete.

Control board malfunction or loose wiring: Replace the machine.

Solutions: Fill the tank; remove the plug; preheat the machine; replace the machine if necessary.
