Before First Use – GEVI

Unpack the product and make sure you have received all the accessories. If anything is missing. please contact Customer Service.
Do not clean or soak the portaﬁlter in any cleaning solution or hot water, otherwise, it will be damaged.
Please make sure that the rubber plug of the water outlet of the water tank is removed.

Pre-Use Cleaning Steps
1. Fill the water tank.
2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the machine. Wait for all 4 buttons to light up, indicating the machine is ready.
3. Insert the portafilter. It may be tight at first.
4. Clean the group head:
  - Place a container under the group head.
  - Press the "Double Cup" button to run water through until it stops.
5. Turn the steam/water knob to steam and run water for 20 seconds.
