Coffee Liquid Too Little

Check if inappropriate coffee beans are used. Change to medium- or dark-roasted coffee beans.

Ensure coffee grinds are not too coarse. Change to a finer grind.

Make sure coffee grinds are not too few. Add more coffee grinds to the portafilter and tamp to the MAX line.

Check if tamping force is enough. Tamp the coffee grinds with more force (around 10 - 15kg of pressure).

Ensure water temperature has reached. Before brewing, make sure the pre-heating process finishes. At this point, the 4 buttons would be solid on.

Check if the shot volume is appropriate. Around 40mL per cup is recommended.
