If brewing coffee first, then frothing milk: Wait 30 seconds for the machine to reheat before frothing milk.

If frothing milk first, then brewing coffee: When the power button flashes red and the single/double cup buttons flash blue, the machine is in a high-temperature state. You need to release some hot water or wait for the machine to cool down before proceeding.
Steps for Brewing Coffee

Choose the Right Filter Basket: Select the appropriate single or double-cup filter.

Add Coffee Grounds: Use the provided scoop to add coffee grounds. If you don't have a scale, use one scoop for a single cup and two scoops for a double cup. For more accuracy, refer to the weight chart below.

Tamp the Coffee Grounds: Compress the grounds until they reach the "MAX" line (as shown). Apply 10-15 kg of pressure.

Brew the Coffee: Press the single or double cup button to start brewing.

Milk Frothing Tips

Milk Choice: Use whole milk (not skim milk) for frothing. The ideal temperature for milk is 3-8°C (37-46°F).

Milk Amount: Use about 100 mL of milk.

Milk Frothing Cup: Use a 300-350 mL stainless steel milk frothing cup.

Preheating: Press the "MILK FROTHING" button to preheat the machine for steam. Wait for the Steam function indicator light to turn solid green (no longer flashing), indicating that the heating process is complete.

Position the Steam Wand: Hold the milk frothing cup and place the steam wand 2-4 cm into the milk.

Frothing Completion: Stop frothing when the milk reaches 60-65°C (140-149°F) or when the base of the milk frothing cup is too hot to touch for 3 seconds.
