E. Steam Wand Leaking

Check if the gasket of the Knob adapter shaft was deformed due to the accumulated scale. Tighten the knob clockwise. Then brew the coffee once to check if the steam tube still leaks.

This is not helpful. Need more direction or a video on how to tighten and/or clean.
