Troubleshooting—— G. Beep Sound

• The QR code at the bottom of the machine.
• A video recording the entire process from plugging in to operating the machine to machine failure.

Possibility A: When the machine is brewing, if the knob is not restored to its initial setting, the machine will make a continuous beep sound. Turn the knob to the initial position.

 

Possibility B: The machine will make a 5-second beep sound when restoring factory Settings. This is a normal phenomenon.

 

Possibility C: When the machine makes a high-temperature alarm and the power button blinks red, and the Single cup button and double cup button will blink blue. If the hot water function is used after lowering the temperature and the knob is not restored to the initial position, the machine will make a continuous beep sound. Turn the knob to the initial position.

 

Possibility D: Trigger descaling reminder when the machine reaches the usage times. The machine will make a 10-second beep sound. Clean and descale the machine according to the instructions.
