Before First Use

  1. Unpack the product and make sure you have received all the accessories. If anything is missing, please contact Customer Service.
  2. Do not clean or soak the portafilter in any cleaning solution, otherwise, it will be damaged.
  3. Bean Hopper Installation
 
  • Align the locking indicators on both the bean hopper and the hopper holder.
  • Lightly press down the hopper and rotate clockwise slowly till resistance is felt.
  1. Pre-Use Cleaning Steps
      1. Press the EXTRACTION Button to run hot water through the extraction system.
      2. Point the steam wand toward the hole on the drip tray beneath itself. Rotate the Steam/Hot Water Dial to the Steam option (figure 1) and run steam through the steam system for 10 seconds.
      3. Rotate the Steam/Hot Water Dial to the Water option (figure 2) and run water through the hot water system for 10 seconds.
      4. Repeat steps 1-3 several times till the water reservoir is empty.
