192.2°F (89°C): Lower bitterness, higher acidity.

197.6°F (92°C) (Default): Balanced flavor.

203°F (95°C): Higher bitterness, lower acidity.

Steps to Adjust

Press and hold the EXTRACTION Button for 2 seconds until the GRIND AMOUNT and EXTRACTION AMOUNT Buttons light up.

Press the EXTRACTION AMOUNT Button to select:

192.2°F: 1 Cup indicator.

197.6°F: 2 Cup indicator.

203°F: Manual Volume indicator.

Within 15 seconds:

Press the EXTRACTION Button to save settings (upper indicators flash).
-
Or press the POWER / GRIND Button to cancel without saving (button lights flash red).
