Steam Issues
New machine: No steam:

Water tank plug not removed: Remove the plug.

Steam not preheated: Wait until preheating is complete.

Solutions: Remove the water tank plug; preheat before use.

Steam with water droplets:

Causes and checks: Residual water in the steam wand after using the hot water function.

Solutions: Purge steam before frothing milk to clear residual water.

Loose steam nozzle: Tighten the steam head.

Damaged steam valve seal.

Solutions: Tighten the steam head; process the claim based on the warranty status.

Steam preheats too slowly:

Causes and checks: Preheating time may vary based on altitude and temperature. Less than 90 seconds is considered normal.

Solutions: Confirm preheat time with the user. If less than 90 seconds, assure them the machine is functioning normally.
